Our Policies

Shipping and Handling:

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international addresses. All orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Orders received by 2 pm EST are processed same day. All orders received after 2 pm EST and on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following business day. A shipping confirmation along with tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has shipped.

The following shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

Return Policy:

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Please note that due to the nature of our fitness products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed, packaged or shipped, we are unable to edit, exchange or return any items. In the event, you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately info@teatimebeauty.com and we will make every effort to cancel prior to shipment only. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact customer service immediately with the corrected address at info@envythisbody.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly change it for you. Once an order has shipped, however, we cannot be responsible for errors in the shipping address. Please be sure to check your order carefully before placing it.

If you are missing any products from your order or if you received a damaged product, please contact us at info@envythisbody.com within 30 days. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not already been issued. Backordered and/or damaged products will be fully refunded.

www.envythisbody.com (the “Site”) is brought to you by Envy This Body(“we”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal and non-personal information we collect on the Site, how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By accessing the Site on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other devices (collectively, “Device”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the policy, please do not use the Site.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our Site. We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are using the information we collect.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Personal Information

We collect personal information from you when you submit it to us, including by: (1) registering on the Site; (2) placing an order; (3) signing up for our newsletter; (4) contacting us; or (5) participating in a Site promotion or survey.
